Job Description
・Vehicle inspections / Maintenance checks
・Repairs / Parts Replacement
・Car washing and coating (Keeper coating available) etc.

We don't prioritize volume or speed, so there's no minute-by-minute time management. We value the time and environment to properly attend to each and every vehicle.
Working Hours・Holidays & Leave
・9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (60-minute break)

Two-day weekend system (Monday fixed day off / shift system)
*You may also set your own schedule for a full two-day weekend.

117 annual holidays + 5+ days of paid leave
*Effectively over 120 days off per year.

Qualifications

・Practical maintenance experience (years of experience not required)
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ¥240,000 - ¥300,000 (including various allowances) Annual Salary: ¥3,450,000 to ¥4,600,000

Pay Raises: Once per year Bonus: Twice a year (Previous year's actual: 3 months) Other: Quarterly campaigns conducted; Incentive bonuses paid based on store service performance

【Allowances】 Commuting allowance (paid according to company regulations) Overtime allowance (paid according to overtime hours worked) Probationary Period: 6 months (no change in conditions)

Last Interview
A final interview will be conducted, typically with the president of the company. Just like the first-round interview, it will be held in a relaxed and open style, allowing for a frank conversation. In some cases, the final interview may be combined with the offer interview.
