Message from the President
Our company places the highest importance on “connections between people.” Rooted in the local community, we strive every day to be a company where each employee can work with pride and joy, and where customers can truly feel, “I am glad I bought my car here.”

As for myself, after a mischievous childhood, the strictness of dorm life, exposure to diverse values during my university years in Osaka, and experience at an IT company, I made the decision to take over this family business.

Behind that decision was both the desire to restore my bond with my father and the appeal of facing the unknown challenge of running a company. Because work takes up such a large part of life, I strongly wish for this company to be more than just a means of making a living — it should be a “place of meaning” that enriches customers’ joy, personal growth, and the lives of all our employees.

Even in difficult times, the bonds with colleagues who overcome challenges together bring the greatest joy. One of our management philosophies is to “value harmony and realize the happiness of all employees.”

We warmly welcome those who are new to the industry. After joining, you will be supported through a comprehensive system, including OJT (on-the-job training) by experienced staff and manufacturer training, allowing you to acquire skills with confidence.

During the training period, you will follow a well-structured training schedule, so you can learn without worry! We are aiming to be a company loved by everyone, and we are looking for people who share the same vision!

We value work-life balance with a two-day weekend system!

We have a two-day weekly day-off system with Mondays fixed as a holiday and the rest on shifts.
This flexible schedule makes it easier to take time off and plan your private life.

In addition, we offer New Year holidays, Obon holidays, long vacations, and even a birthday holiday, bringing the total to 115 days off per year.

We also provide full social insurance and employee benefits, creating an environment where our staff can work with us for the long term.
